Our approximately 500 sq. ft. fully furnished studio is just a short drive from the UC Davis campus and within walking distance of two bus lines. The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort. The unit includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, a private shower, and a walk-in closet. A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.

We are in south woodland, a quick 15 min drive to Davis, 15 min drive to Sacramento Airport and only 0.4 miles to Woodland Memorial Hospital.
