Single-floor plan includes three bedrooms and full bath off the entry hall (two with queen beds and one single) and a sofabed in the living area. An unfinished basement includes a washer/dryer and newly renovated bath with shower.

We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
