This architecturally significant house was designed by the renowned postmodern architect Charles Moore and built in 1969. An addition providing ample entertaining space - including a dining room, den, loft, and roof deck - was completed in 2021, along with top to bottom refinishing of all rooms. This sunny, airy cottage is a five-minute walk to the Village and 2 minutes to the beach. The entry hall leads to a vaulted open-plan living space with fireplace and kitchen/dining area opening to a peaceful (church bells and birdsong) deck overlooking the Mill Pond. Single-floor plan includes three bedrooms and full bath off the entry hall (two with queen beds and one single) and a sofabed in the living area. An unfinished basement includes a washer/dryer and newly renovated bath with shower.

A cozy ranch with three cute bedrooms, bunk-beds for kids, a sun room for reading a book or having a cup of coffee, and living room with a large TV. There is an outdoor shower in the back for washing off the sand from the beach. We are located a five minute walk from Bad Martha Farmer's brewery, and half a mile up the road from a boat ramp perfect for kayaks or small boats. Also available to short-term rental in the winter.

A historic home built in 1850 provides a true Cape Cod experience. The home is located in the heart of downtown Woods Hole. You can walk to Pie in the Sky, the Landfall, and all the other shops and restaurants. The home is a five minute walk to the ferry from Falmouth to Martha's Vineyard. Great for a day trip to the island! Less than a mile from Stoney Beach and Nobska Beach.

Absolutely Adorable 4 Bedroom Ranch

Property is very close to beach at lovely, freshwater Jenkins Pond. This nicely furnished rental has a fabulous lower level family/TV room with add'l sleeping area and a full bath. Outdoors there is a large yard with a large deck and outside shower during the summer season. Minimum 2-night stay, rates may vary depending on season, weekly and monthly rate available.
