The two beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, and there is one 2 × 2 m sofa bed, which is very comfortable as a third bed. In 15 minutes, you can walk through the vineyards to Seußlitzer Castle; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our property; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . Relax in our quiet, historic, listed holiday apartment, which is located in the gatehouse of the former 17th-century feudal estate of Diera. The 53 m² apartment is ideal for excursions on the Elbe Cycle Path, the Saxon Wine trail and to explore the surrounding vineyards, the porcelain town of Meissen with its historic old town and Albrechtsburg (7 km) or Moritzburg (22 km). Dresden is 30 km away, Saxon Switzerland 60 km away, both also accessible by S-Bahn from Meissen.

Modern apartment in the old town of Meissen

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.
