fue una gran experiencia, queda cerca del palacio Gyeonbokgung, caminando 10 minutos, ofrece un desayuno de gachas y kimchi delicioso, amigable y comunicativo, al final nos llevo amablemente a la estación de Seul a tomar el tren para el aeropuerto, lo cual agradecemos profundamente. es una casa típica en un barrio muy bonito, hay restaurantes y tiendas cerca y a las 5 de la tarde ya no dejan pasar turistas así que esta muy tranquilo a partir de es hora. lo recomiendo !

Un endroit magnifique avec des hôtes très accueillant ! La chambre était fidèle à la description et nous avons eu droit à un très bon petit déjeuné coréen. Une excellente surprise merci beaucoup je recommande pour l’expérience !

This was a great place to stay if you want a hanok experience at a reasonable price. They unexpectedly made breakfast for us as well. It felt like a super friendly and cozy home stay, more than a classic air BnB or hotel. The place was clean, but expect basic amenities. We loved our stay here.

It was a nice guest house near Hongdae. Jin and her husband are so nice and great communicators. I only wish I could've stayed longer

Great location right in the heart of Myeongdong (great for your avid shoppers. Rooms are a decent size and staff are amazing and always willing to help.

except small room it was great place to stay. but if you wanna have fun you should choose some other places on itaewon. this place for shopping.

If you crave a quiet place, somewhat outside of the city’s noise, then Kim’s guesthouse is perfect for you!  Location: The location is basically a 25 minute walk from Gyeongbok palace, and it is uphill, so I recommend it to people who are physically okay. If you are a wheelchair user, or have problems moving around, different places would be better. The house is located uphill, and the nearest bus stop is about a 7 minute walk, downhill. Since the house is located right at the mountain’s gate, don’t expect subways (for me, it wasn’t a problem, but for some it might be). Food: The breakfast is served every morning at 9:00 by the lovely owner, who cooks various cuisines, not only Korean. During my visit, Yeong In made food that would fit my dietary restrictions, which was amazing. I ate mandu, japchae, crepes, and other dishes!  Atmosphere: The atmosphere was truly amazing, as the hosts are always ready to help you out with anything you need. I can't wait to go back! :)

Esperienza fantastica, il signor Kim è carinissimo e disponibile ad aiutarti e darti suggerimenti. Abbiamo conosciuto tantissime persone simpatiche durante il nostro soggiorno; la camera come in descrizione; piccolina, ma l’abbiamo amata. La colazione eccezionale. Ci sono tante attività suggerite all’ingresso e gli orari del bus per tornare in aereoporto.

I was really happy. As I have lived in many rbnb over the last three years in Korea as a student I was so surprised. It was actually very clean and I felt directly at ease after arriving. The hotel staff was very nice and the service really good. I had help in my question and the staff was friendly all the time and prepared for the needs of their guests. I would definitely enjoy a second stay there

We( Me, my wife and 6 months old son) felt home at this place. I highly recommend this place. This house is very clean and host is very responsive. overall worth for the money.

Beautiful, serene and exactly pictured. Would highly recommend. Easy to navigate and our host was welcoming. Enjoyed a lovely welcome tea once we settled in and also was treated to a traditional Korean breakfast the next day.

Right by the popular shopping streets in Myeongdong & super convenient to commute anywhere. Great place for a budget stay in Korea. My only issue was that there were many bugs in the basement/entrance, especially at night, but that might be due to the location & not the cleanliness. Dongil was super helpful and responsive whenever I needed help with anything. I would definitely recommend this place to any solo or duo travelers.

Esperienza indimenticabile. La signora che ci ha accolte è stata molto gentile, carina, ci ha fatto fare un mini tour dell'alloggio spiegandoci tutto dettagliatamente. l'hanok è davvero stupendo, con un giardino meraviglioso, sembra di essere in un altro tempo... La camera molto spaziosa, pulita, bagno nuovo con grande doccia. Tantissimi omaggi,oltre a quello standard, come noodles, maschere viso, snack. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, in un' atmosfera rilassante e alla mattina ci hanno portato la colazione in camera, molto ricca. Indimenticabile

Loved my stay. I spent a few days here after a week in a high end hotel. It was an awesome way to end the week experiencing a real home life in an old traditional neighborhood. Sam was extremely responsive with any info or communication issues. This is a real traditional home. You sleep on the floor, share a bathroom w the owners, eat breakfast prepared from their kitchen etc. It is not a fancy hotel type accommodation wrapped in a historical building. I thought it was amazing. Highlight of an already great trip. The owners are both really sweet and fun to interact with.
