The cottage is on a dead-end dirt road and due to the remoteness, is only accessible via car. No public transport is available. A short 15 minute drive to Healesville so easy access to delicious food, wineries and the Yarra Valley. We live in the neighbouring house and available at anytime but far enough away for complete privacy.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.
