Great stay at 217 du Bernascon, We felt like we were in a luxury hotel and at the same time at home. A nice view, quiet and not far from shops and restaurants. Very well equipped apartment, everything to feel comfortable. What more could you ask for? Thanks to Céline, Olivier and Marine for everything.

Great stay, quiet and relaxing place although no direct access to the lake. Charles is very nice and accommodating.

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

Very cozy, well-appointed and nicely decorated apartment. Perfectly well equipped and with all the essentials and very clean. Excellent bedding. Ideal location in a quiet area. Easy communication with Myriam, very responsive and pleasant. In short... delighted with our choice! We'll be happy to go back.

This was our first time in Annecy and we had the best time. The apartment was located perfectly within walking distance to the town center. Lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and we recommended it. If you don’t read French the washer/dryer combo is a bit difficult to use. Other than that, we’d definitely come back!

very well equipped apartment, 2 spacious bedrooms. Clear check-in instructions. Be careful, on the other hand, for those who would have difficulties, it's on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

Very well located and spacious apartment. The space was very clean and tidy. Proximity to lakefront and shops. You can do almost anything by foot. It would just be missing some dishes in the kitchen so as not to be harbor when there are many of us. I highly recommend this host!

very nice and very clean apartment, private parking.Fenėtres closed no problem, but very noisy balcony because road in front, with lots of traffic. Christina is very responsive and everything you need in the apartment, like at home. We had a nice weekend in Annecy because the city is very pretty and on foot not very far and quiet to know that the car is safe.

At the top nothing to say super responsive and the house is really great, the children enjoyed the garden:)

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very nice nice house, convenient, cozy and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bedding. The spa is a real plus to relax after days of sightseeing and hiking! The only small "minus" is the proximity to the road, and the passage of cars in the morning at rush hour for us who are late risers 😉 But we are in the countryside so it's quite reasonable and that didn't stop us from resting well! The surroundings are very nice to visit (Annecy, Geneva, Lac du Bourget). Thank you again to this couple for hosting us

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. Thank you so much—I would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Carine's, she and her husband are very welcoming and very kind..always ready to help guests and gave lots of advice.. As for the accommodation everything was perfect..it was as in the photos, very clean and very welcoming, it feels like home..there are plenty of leaflets that show us what we can do in the area and a beautiful notebook that explains a lot about the apartment and the beautiful landscapes to see nearby..we would have stayed a week longer..😅 I recommend it 2000% Thank you for your kindness!! Very nice stay in this house which has beautiful spaces (terrace, bedrooms, living room). Very pleasant evenings on the terrace with lighting and hot tub.

The house is very nice and offers many amenities that can be fully exploited during the spring/summer period. My friends and I stayed on New Year's Eve but we still had a great time. Sarah and Claude were very welcoming and helpful. They resolved a problem related to the exhaustion of the gas tank in a very short time and offered us a bottle of wine. Recommended accommodation, located in a super quiet area but from which you can reach in a few hours by car large towns such as Lyon and Annecy. We would love to come back in the summer to also take advantage of the other services offered by the property! 10/10!

Superb apartment, well-equipped and refurbished. We stayed there for 15 days with a 3-year-old child and it was perfect! The pool is amazing, no complaints! If we return to Lake Bourget for our vacation we will definitely come back here :)

Charming functional studio. Very nice terrace and beautiful garden with the river below. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Excellent stay during a weekend with our 2 children in Jean-Marc's home. The location is perfect, the upstairs room is big enough for a family with good bedding and the accommodation is very well equipped. I recommend it!

Apartment located on the 3rd floor, in residence with elevator. Cozy, bright, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Shops within walking distance as well as Nordic and Alpine ski runs. The residence offers a swimming pool, of a correct size. I would recommend Fabienne's place.

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!
