Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Discover the beautiful landscape with the horses that surround this home. The spacious interior is functionally laid out, offering an open plan living space where you can relax and enjoy your stay from 4p to 6p, the large windows let in an abundance of natural light, creating a warm atmosphere. The bungalow also includes two furnished bedrooms, offering a haven of peace to rest well. Linens and towels are provided, spa is optional.

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.
