Step back in time to our studio barn!

An hour and a half from Paris, between Joigny and Sens, we offer a well-equipped and independent studio in a typical Burgundy house. This studio was converted from the old barn. This studio has a separate entrance and you can park in the courtyard which is completely secured by a gate. On sunny days, a garden table and chairs will be provided. Upon reservation, we can serve you breakfast for 10 euro/person.

We will welcome you to this lovely 18 m2 private studio at the home of the host with independent entrance. It is located 5 minutes from SENS, it includes an entrance to the living room with closet, desk, sofa bed, TV, fitted and equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge), shower room-toilet. Small terrace. Indoor parking. Quiet is assured. Wi-Fi is present but does not have very good reception.

Stay in the countryside (18 km from Guédelon)

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, fridge and freezer. (No hob). Also an outdoor area to relax and/or dine. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's house Boutissaint Park Lake Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. A private place to park.
