The hexagonal tower is situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois in Burgundy and with just a short walk into the heart of the town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, beautiful church and much more. The tower has easy accessability with it's own private parking space, wooden decking terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs. The tower was built in 2016, it was designed for people seeking an interesting and imaginative place to stay.

L' instant spa est l'endroit idéal pour profiter d'un moment de détente à la campagne. Il accueille confortablement deux personnes. Situé en Bourgogne dans un petit village calme à 20 min d'Auxerre (10 min de la sortie d'autoroute A6 Auxerre nord) , de Chablis,de Joigny à 30 min de Tonnerre, à 50 min de Troyes , à 10 min de la gare de Laroche Migennes et à 2 heures de Paris . Le Mont Saint Sulpice est un village avec boulangerie pâtisserie et un proximarchė.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

"Le chant du pré" is a wooden chalet with a covered terrace. A cocoon in a haven of tranquillity in the middle of a plot of more than 3000 m2 where our chickens roam freely. Located in Pontigny in the Yonne, 400 metres from the magnificent Cistercian Abbey. Possibility to rent electric bicycles by the day for very nice rides in the countryside, the forest and the vineyard of Chablis. We offer a romantic decoration with champagne at an additional cost.
