The house, located at the foot of Saint-Étienne Cathedral, offers an exceptional location in the historic center of the city of Auxerre. In the house, common areas are available to guests: kitchen, living rooms, garden. The spacious "blue" bedroom will allow you to rest, and includes a private bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is included.

I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center. There is a bus stop, with a bus every 15 minutes, 5 minutes from my home. I live in a building on the ground floor with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and check-out before 8:30 a.m. I don't give out my keys. Be respectful, you are at our home and not at your home.

The Gîte de Saint-Phal

The Gîte de Saint-Phal is a property of more than 5500 m2 integrating 6 buildings including 3 dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a solarium. It consists of two Bed and Breakfasts and a Gîte. Each accommodation has a parking space as well as a semi-private garden equipped with sun loungers, a table, a barbecue and candle lanterns.
