Bakery, pharmacy and municipal swimming pool 2 minutes walk away and a supermarket with fuel station located at the exit of the village. Free street parking for one car in front of the accommodation.

Ancienne grange rénovée avec des matériaux nobles comprenant une chambre pour deux, une petite chambre avec un lit de 110 cm de large, une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et des toilettes, un salon avec cuisine équipée et une terrasse. Vous y accédez par une impasse. vous trouverez tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer un agréable séjour. L'entrée se trouve au fond de l'impasse à droite. Avallon est une petite ville très sympathique avec ses commerces, bars et restaurants.
