Holiday rentals with a fireplace in York County

This was our 2nd time staying here. We bring 4 legged family and they absolutely love the back yard. It's always plowed out and the pooches love it. The snowmobile access trail is directly across street and easy to get anywhere. House is toasty warm and clean. No complaints. Will be back again!!

Our stay at Stacy's house was exactly what we needed. We all travelled to the local area for our brother's funeral and the house was super clean, beautifully decorated and so warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the size of the home allowed our nieces and nephews to come and visit with us where we reminisced about our brother / uncle and father. The set up of multi living room areas really helped as well... As it allowed us to laugh, cry and visit... And it wasn't complete unless there was a bit of a kitchen party, being in the east. Thank you Stacy for sharing this home with me and my family, having the time in this wonderful home helped the healing process for all of us. Everyone was very grateful for your space. Thank you again for all your attention to me and my family. ❤️

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

It was a great place to stay and housed 8 of use very comfortable. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier with how she has everything set up. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a get away!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend! We are actually talking about booking again when the weather is warmer. The funny thing about how to get there (and totally google maps fault) is when it says to take a slight right but it’s actually straight lol. (Again maps fault NOT the owner). Communicating with Lindsay was excellent especially since I am new to the airbnb booking and had some confusion. The house was so spacious for the “army” of people we had with us one of the littlest was crying at the end because he wanted to stay there together forever! Can’t wait to go back!

The most beautiful view of the lake. This is a huge property, well kept and a perfect place to watch the sunset. The home has everything you need. Plenty of space,comfortable beds, bathrooms are well stocked. Many nice added touches left for the guests to enjoy. We are already planning our next trip. The host Peter was quick to respond, very kind and eager to make sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Short walk into downtown and cold beer in the fridge, who could ask for more?

We had a great time at Tina’s place. Her hospitality is above and beyond. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Comfy bed and soft pillows. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private as well as spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Tina for sharing your gem by the lake side!

Amanda provided a great price for the comfortable, clean and quiet space that also included parking. She also left some laundry soap that made such a difference during my stay. I had traveled from Mexico, then to NB last minute due to family emergency. Amanda was easy to communicate with and assured me that the hospital was 5 minutes away. I am very lucky to have found this perfect little gem. Thank you Amanda

This is a great place to stay in downtown Fredericton, close to everything. We loved the various modern touches. It was very clean and welcoming with complimentary products. The room temperature remained comfortable and warm. We unfortunately did not have enough hot water for our three individual showers in the morning and think it must be due to the very cold weather this weekend (maybe the tank froze)? We were unsure if our conversations after our Saturday night out would disturb the neighbors in the other unit (we hope not) as we heard footsteps above us and wondered if they could hear us. Maybe the walls are thin? We ended up being cautious and had no issues. The hosts proactively sent and responded to messages in anticipation of our stay, and checked in on us during and after. We are confident that they would have helped us if we had needed assistance or stayed longer. Not only would we recommend this place, we would happily stay there again!

Hayden is a great guy, and Jenny is wonderful. I had the chance to meet Hayden and he told me a few stories that made me further appreciate the design of this beautiful place. The kitchen is superior. You can just tell that Hayden and Jenny take great care of the place and you can feel their high level standard in providing a comfortable, well thought out, and clean home. And the location is within walking of everything from grocery to downtown. On a quiet sunny neighborly street. This is an EXCEPTIONAL place. Thank you both for helping me through my work related travel, for your kindness accommodating. Best Airbnb - for sure.

We have stayed 2 separate weeks over the course of a year. The carriage home suits all of our needs. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens and pillow selections, and the peacefulness of the property makes it easy to relax. The living room couches are comfy and having access to a washer/dryer within the unit is appreciated. The kitchen is adequately stocked for basic cooking needs. Lee has always been very pleasant and easy to deal with. He was quick to clear the snow during our recent stay. We will happily return for future stays.
