Sunny studio, separate cosy sleeping space, small double bed, and memory foam mattress. Perfect for a couple but it also has a sofa bed (£20 extra bedding) in the living room. New kitchen and bathroom. 3rd floor of a lovely converted hotel. No lift. Dogs are welcome, bring their bed, feeding bowl, and towels, and let us know that you are bringing your pet so that we can ensure soft furnishings are changed for any guests with allergies. Please do not allow your pet onto the bed or furniture.

The ground floor apartment is brand new and overlooks a Sustrans cycle way which is lined with Blackberries and Hawthorns when in season. The bedroom can be made up with twin beds or a super king bed and there is a double bed in the living area. With easy access to all of York's attractions and 2 supermarkets on the door step the apartment is a great base for you to enjoy York fully.

Conveniently located for the railway station, the city centre and York Racecourse.

Situated on a quiet street near the river, just outside the historic city walls and York Minster .Our house is in the perfect location to explore all the cultural and historic attractions the City of York has to offer. It's only a 5-minute walk to one of the main streets in York and to the walls which encircle the city. We welcome dogs but there is an additional charge of £25.
