Charming York cottage with patio area and parking for 2 cars. Situated in a quiet residential private road with easy access to York centre via the main bus route at the end of the lane, or via a pleasant walk. Close to local pubs, and a shop. 5 minutes drive from a supermarket and retail park. The cottage is fully refurbished with beautifully presented new kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs toilet, new bathroom and 2 large bedrooms. No added extra charges.

A comfortable seating area is furnished with a large sectional sofa, adorned with yellow and white cushions. Framed artwork hangs on the light-colored walls, and a small table is positioned beside the sofa. Soft lighting is provided by a black lamp, enhancing the cozy atmosphere.

Our house has a warm home away from home feeling. Situated on a quiet street near the river, just outside the historic city walls and York Minster .Our house is in the perfect location to explore all the cultural and historic attractions the City of York has to offer. It's only a 5-minute walk to one of the main streets in York and to the walls which encircle the city. We welcome dogs but there is an additional charge of £25.
