You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

You'll enjoy this comfortable Beach House located on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach. The Gulf beach is only 0.2 miles away and beautiful St. Andrews State Park is less than 2 miles east. The Grand Lagoon, part of St. Andrews Bay, is located steps away. Neighborhood is golf cart friendly, so bring that along with you! A public boat ramp is just 3 streets over, perfect for launching your boat, jet ski, paddle boards or kayak.
