The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Here there are plenty of opportunities for short or long excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or cycling on exercise bikes. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with children, solo adventurers, couples or those on a longer trip, and need a simple overnight stay on the way.

Mysig stuga precis utanför Höör där ni får full tillgång till hela stället och där det finns bla. spabad utomhus, kamin, utomhuseldplats, stort trädäck och en rymlig trädgård med en skog precis bakom. Platsen är i en liten stugby nära kvesarumssjön. Runtom stugorna omringas man av skogen och med en 10minuters promenad genom skogen kan man komma ner till en sjö med grill och badplats. OBS. detta är inte ett boende för att ha fest eller spela musik utomhus då det är i en stugby.
