Villa 50 ms from the Beach in Roche. Conil. Cadiz

Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

In this accommodation, you can enjoy tranquility: relax with the whole family! 20 mins to Cádiz Beaches 20 minutes to Cadiz capital. 5 minutes from Chiclana. 20 minutes to Playa de la barrosa ( Chiclana) Comfortable little chalet, with two bedrooms, living room with open concept kitchen, and bathroom. Small but well equipped kitchen, very comfortable for a few days on vacation and relaxation. Outdoor area with pool, grass, and porch where to enjoy dinners ,meals , or barbecues.

Chalet on a 500-meter plot, with the best artificial grass, distributed in a porch with access to a glazed house, living room, full kitchen, three full bathrooms, one of them outside, living room with security door to the garden, three bedrooms, the main one with an interior bathroom. Air conditioning throughout the house. In the private pool area, there is an outdoor kitchen with dining room and charcoal barbecue and gas fire, fully complete. The house has Wi-Fi, linens, and towels.

Located in a private development, a 5-minute walk to the beach. It can accommodate 5 people, its layout is composed of 2 bedrooms (1.35m bed) with built-in closets and one of them with an extra 90cm bed, bathroom, kitchen open to the living room and a large garden with different rooms.
