Ми задумали котедж затишним, світлим і стильним - таким він і вийшов. Частина меблів зроблені вручну під замовлення. Біля будинку є ставок, де можна половити карпатську форель. Центральна частина міста, набережна. В будинку на першому поверсі знаходиться спортзал. Неподалік від будинку є цілодобовий магазин. В квартирі є WiFi, кабельне ТБ, електричне опалення, бойлер, чиста постільна білизна, рушники, електрична плита, кухонний посуд, телевізор. Праску та фен по потребі надаємо.

Spacious area, away from neighbors, two rivers flows around the territory, clean mountain air, a great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. In Svaljava there is a railway station, a bus station.
