We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. A fab little house, which was perfect for our family of three. It has some lovely touches and really does feel like a much loved family holiday home. We did have problem with mosquitoes over the first few days, but a can of bug spray dealt with the issue! The a/c in the main living space was much needed given the extreme heat, but a fan in the bedrooms would also have been of benefit, as given the mosquitoes we found leaving the windows open wasn’t an option! Great village, with nice local beach front, and close to a number of other villages with a range of restaurants and bars… we loved Lake Balaton and look forward to returning to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in the middle of a vineyard. The place was beautifully decorated and had a warm, cozy vibe. The large terrace was perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast surrounded by nature — and we were even visited by the owners' sweet cat (with funny name "Pumba") who loved to cuddle with us! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful! They gave us great tips on what to see in the area. It was a truly magical stay and we would absolutely love to come back!
