Monthly Rentals in Zapatilla Island

My goal was to sit on an island and become one with the sloths. I achieved that goal with my stay here. The entire staff is wonderful – Leo and Esther and especially Andrea. Juan and Sara helped organize my stay and I cannot thank them enough!

If you are looking to unplug and get away from it all, this is the place! The cottage has a rustic feel, but lacks nothing. Really enjoyed having breakfast and coffee on the porch, watching the wildlife, and just slowing down. We even saw some monkeys one day. At night, you can hear the ocean waves in the distance. The cabin is just a short walk to the beach, and there is the Bom Bom beach bar right there, where you can post up for the day, have food and drinks, and they have beach chairs. Couldn't be easier. The waves at Bluff beach can be strong, but you can certainly get in the water and have fun. Highly recommended for a unique experience you can't get at a resort or hotel, being immersed in the wild jungle is an adventure to remember.

We loved our time here! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped to cook, and privacy on the porch to enjoy meals and relax. Our two kids loved playing on the property and we enjoyed overall the peace and quiet of the property but also the proximity to beaches and Bocas town.

I had an incredible 30-day stay on this sailboat at the Red Frog Marina in Isla Bastimentos, Bocas del Toro, Panama. The host, Adam, was exceptionally gracious and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing assistance whenever needed. The marina atmosphere was friendly, and I made great friends. It was a short 10-minute walk to the beach, and the surroundings were truly magical. The boat was comfortable and spotless. Adam, along with co-hosts Pierre and Santiago, made sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing escape in paradise. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene getaway!
