A bright and cozy house in Odessa, 15 minutes walk to the sea. Ideal for a family or group of friends — spacious, quiet, in the courtyard there is a Japanese garden for the soul. The house is on the same property as my mom and cat Krunchik — if you need anything, they will always tell you where to eat! Nearby there is a Silpo and a market to buy sweet tomatoes and get high. There are nets on the doors — mosquitoes will not bite you, you will seduce everyone with smooth legs! There is a garage, barbecue, parking and a clean basement shelter. Come in, we'll be glad to see you!

A small house in a summer cottage village in the 411th battery area. The sea (Kovalevsky's Dacha) is 1.5 kilometers away through a shady oak grove. The total area of the house is about 22 sqm, the rooms are about 14 sqm. The ceilings are about 2 meters high. A bathroom with a shower and an electric boiler. A closed courtyard with a parking space. The house and the courtyard next to it have been recently renovated. A plot with roses and other flowers. A quiet, almost rustic life. The house and yard are preferably for non-smokers. Dogs and/or cats are not allowed.

Kivalov beach is at the 9th station of the Big Fountain - 3 minutes downhill, Chaika beach is at the 10th station of the Big Fountain - 5 minutes. To visit the beaches of Arcadia, it is 15 minutes along the Zdorovya highway. The highway starts at Langeron beach and continues to the 16th station of the Big Fountain, Zolotoy Bereg beach.
