The house is on the shore of the black sea , literally to leave the territory and will descend on stairs (10 steps ) . Behind it is a sandy big beach !! The city center is a 40-minute drive (15-minute drive in the evening). There are neighbors only on weekends , but their windows do not open to the territory of the house and the surrounding area!!
