The proximity of nature, forest sounds, views and smells, and the simplicity, walks, morning coffee on the terrace and evening bonfire are the advantages of this place.

I created Spokojnia with a total reset in mind, and that is the purpose of this place. If you are looking for a break from the city noise and civilization, and emotional comfort, you will certainly find it here. The house is charmingly located in the buffer zone of the forest, on the slope of Mosorny Groń, at an altitude of 700 m above sea level. Zawoja is a tourist town, which is a great base to get to Babia Góra. The village can be comfortably reached by public transport, buses from Krakow arrive here regularly.

In the Settlement you will find 5 cottages - each cottage has a terrace with a seating area and a barbecue. The cottages are fully equipped – they also have separate Wi-Fi access, which will allow you to combine leisure with remote work. Each cottage has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mezzanine, from which you can admire the panorama of the mountains during the day, and at night the sky full of stars. An additional advantage is the outdoor, year-round wood-fired banya (included in the price).

Blackthorn Alley

The mountain cottage is located in the village of Knurów (13 km from Nowy Targ and 15 km from Białka Tatrzańska). The cottage is located in the buffer zone of the Gorce Park near the Dunajec River. It is an ideal alternative for people who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and be able to relax in the area surrounded by a mountain range. The mountain cottage is primarily a good starting point for sports (i.e. mountain trips, rafting on the Dunajec river, cycling and skiing).

Bacówka pod Cupryna is a family place in the heart of Podhale that we want to share with you. A place created by our grandfather, has been gathering our family and friends for over 30 years. On the ground floor of the backyard there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room where you can warm up by the fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms – 2 separate rooms and 1 connecting room – where 6 people can sleep comfortably, max. 7. There will also be room for your pet!

A private cosy home built next to our own house in Rabcice, that is surrounded by forests with multiple landmarks within driving distance. Our little cottage offers a full working sauna, bathroom with a shower and toilet, free wifi, a Home cinema to watch movies next to the fireplace and a full kitchen with the essential amenities. We offer a grill to use outdoors. The possibility of using the jacuzzi for an additional fee. Your pets are welcome in our home with an additional cleaning fee.

It's also a great base for walks, mountain hikes, and bike tours along the shores of the lake. The cottages are allocated randomly by the system: No. 157/157c/157 d - it is not possible to assign a cottage. We also offer a paid Jacuzzi.
