Welkom in ons knusse en gezellige vakantie appartement met het strand en de zee op 500 meter afstand! En vlakbij grotere plaatsen als Middelburg en Domburg. Beneden badkamer en eetmogelijkheid. Boven zitgelegenheid en bedden. Eigen douche, toilet, koelkast, kookgelegenheid met oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker. Met WiFi, tv en in de zomer een air-cooler. Heerlijk zacht water door de waterontharder. Thee en koffie aanwezig, deze mogen gratis genuttigd worden. Op loopafstand diverse winkels, restaurants, supermarkt en bakker. Kinderbed en kinderstoel aanwezig, dit kost €10 per verblijf. (los afrekenen bij aankomst). Boven is een traphek geïnstalleerd. Inchecken vanaf 14.00u. Uitchecken voor 10.00uur. studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber des monumentalen Badpavillons, 100 m entfernt vom Strandaufgang! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und ein Tiny House zu vermieten. Das Haus öffnet -typisch teeländisch- seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse,. Man hört das Meer hört bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die kleine Sauna ist spontan buchbar ( 20.-/2 Std )

Complete 4-person home. We renovated this home downstairs at the beginning of 2021 & everything upstairs in January 2022. Come and enjoy our home. Within walking distance of the beach & sea! Westkapelle is located on the westernmost point of Walcheren. Surrounded by sea & beaches.. Domburg & Zoutelande are about 5 to 6 km from here. Nice to visit the towns on foot or by bike. Middelburg is the cultural capital, the picturesque town of Veere or the maritime city of Vlissingen.

Dit kleine schuurtje op ons erf Hofstede de Boetselaer was vroeger een ‘KOEL’cel voor jonge aardappel planten. We hebben het omgebouwd tot een ‘COOL’huisje om te komen genieten tussen de akkers en aan de West Zeeuws Vlaamse kust. Voor wie opzoek is naar natuur, privacy, weinig prikkels en rust. De tuin wordt bezocht door vele vogels, kwa idee van grote. Van buizerd tot het klein goudhaantje en veel daar tussen in. Met twee aparte badkamers een plus voor twee koppels/vrienden, gezin.
