This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those seeking nature, privacy, minimal distractions and tranquillity. The garden is visited by many birds, including some large ones. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and many more in between. From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.
