Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Zell am See

The apartment was spacious and perfectly clean. The kitchen was perfectly furnished, there was a dishwasher and plenty of dishes and silverware. The surrounding area was beautiful.

We were two young families (5 kids 0-6 yo) and the place was great for us, with two decently sized bedrooms that were well separated from the rest of the apartment. The garden is was great for the kids to play at, the pool great for us for a quick dip when it was getting too hot. fyi - the place has lost its “great views” because another apartment house was built in the sight. still, the patio with fireplace are great to relax in the evenings.

We were well received by Petra and Benedict. The shared laundry room and drying room for skis and ski boots offers plenty of space. The bedrooms are spacious and all necessities were present in the kitchen of the apartment. The advantage of the location is that it is very quiet and you have a beautiful view over the valley. The downside is that you depend on your own car or taxi.

Very nice and quiet location with beautiful surroundings. It's perfectly located between Zell am See that is crowded and the Hochkönig region where got lots of hiking trails, activities for children and breathtaking views. The rental unit is clean and cosy. The host even waited and nicely checked us in very late in the night. Highly recommend it!

We stayed 4 nights over New Year's Eve at the Buchberghof am Wolfgangsee & enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very spacious, has everything you need & the view from the balcony to the lake is really a highlight. The house stands quite alone, which makes it super quiet, but you can also walk to Sankt Wolfgang in half an hour, where many restaurants & cafes can be found. But we actually always cooked, for which all utensils are available. Eva & Josef are super nice hosts! We felt very comfortable & would come back any time.

What a great and tidy and beautiful place to stay, in a great location. Everything was fire clean and all necessities were present. The kitchen was overcomplete with oven, microwave, electric hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and large fridge. Also, shower was very luxurious with, among other things, a large rain shower. The apartment was therefore fully equipped with underfloor heating and adjustable by room. For us, it is definitely an option to come back here again! We were here during the Christmas period for winter sports. From this location, the various winter sports area SkiÁmade can be reached within 15 minutes.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

It was such a lovely stay, we enjoyed walking around and so close to everything. Great host was nice not to have to wash the dishes. There was even games and a colouring book for my daughter to use during our stay. More than enough space for us as a family, so considerate to provide the entire place for us as a family. All in all it was great!!!

If you are looking for a holiday beyond the hotel hustle and bustle, this is the case. Johannes offers great accommodation in his quaint farmhouse. The charming atmosphere invites you to relax and you can relax. The house is quiet and idyllically located. Also highly recommended for vacationers with a dog, ours loved it. Johannes is a likeable, open-minded host and has good tips for things to do in the region. We enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.
