With attention to detail, the half-timbered house built around 1900 in a cul-de-sac location and with beautiful views is renovated and stylishly furnished. Within walking distance you can reach the Simson and Weapons Museum, the Ortielenbad, the Congress Centre and the city centre. In the state-recognised recreation area of Suhl in the Thuringian Forest, everyone gets their money's worth. Whether you're riding a motorcycle on the Rennsteig, hiking, biking, enjoying winter sports or taking a break while passing through.

Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

The large pool and the jacuzzi are available seasonally from Jan–Oct. The sauna can be used all year round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

Spanning 107 m² over two floors, this holiday home offers a living room with an open-plan kitchen, as well as a bedroom with an adjoining dressing room and a bathroom on the lower floor. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself completely. The comfortable bedroom is fitted with a 1.80-metre-wide double bed. If necessary, an additional sleeping space can be quickly set up on the wardrobe bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the cottage.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.
