Monthly Rentals in Zemunik Donji

We had a lovely stay at Anita's house. The bedrooms are very nice and clean. You do need a car to go to the city or the beach. The town nearby does not have much. However, there is a good supermarket within walking distance of the house. We found the pool on the small side, but neat and clean. Bath towels were available. Very nice! Otherwise it was fine.

We felt very comfortable with 5 people in the accommodation as described. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which allowed us to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on warm summer nights. In addition, the pool offers pleasant cooling. The property can be reached in a few minutes by car from the airport and there is a supermarket directly opposite. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to Zadar.

We only stayed one night to be close to the airport (minutes away). Ivan welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions very quickly (almost in a minute!). Thanks to him for hosting us!

The cottage complies with 100% of the information and photos provided. A very nice retreat if you don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of e.g. Zadar. The place was absolutely clean and very well furnished and equipped. Sanja greeted us personally as a host and showed us everything. The kitchen actually has everything you need for your daily needs. Washing machine and iron ensure that you can also clean something in between. Due to the fenced property is great with a dog, as he could move freely. Beds very comfortable, pool also absolutely sufficient in size. You have to be aware that you always need a car here to shop or eat out. The old town of Zadar is reachable in 20 minutes by car and absolutely worth seeing. Good restaurants, very friendly and animal-loving people. Generally very good transport connections in all directions. We will be happy to come back!
