This first-floor apartment has a sunny balcony, kitchen & dining table in the hall space. An 8-min walk from the bahnhof, a 4-min walk to Sunnegga ski lift & 10 mins to bars, restaurants, supermarkets & main street. There are 100 stairs to the haus. Cozy studio in a central location

In the summer of 2020, we renovated our studio. It is located in a prime location approx. a 5-minute walk from Zermatt train station and the Gornergratbahn. The balcony offers beautiful views over the village. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has a bathtub, a 1.80 m bed, a seating area and a small dining table. TV with Apple TV box (no cable TV!) & Wi-Fi are available. The house has an elevator and a ski storage room.
