Located on the second floor of a three-family villa, with a separate entrance. On the large balcony, taking advantage of a comfortable relaxation corner, you can warm up in the sun and in the evening marvel under a starry or moonlit sky, sipping a glass of wine or, in the cold season, a hot herbal tea.

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

The accommodation is a beautiful Canadian log cabin nestled in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites. Perfect for hiking and cycling in the summer. In the winter, the ski slopes of the Dolomites are not far away. A sauna session in the included sauna hut is the perfect way to relax to the fullest after a hike. By a crackling fire in the living room or a dinner under the starry sky, you can end the day in the best possible way.

A house in a quiet place surrounded by the Dolomites and with mountain views. The apartment has 2 outdoor parking spaces. A double bedroom and two bedrooms with two fixed single beds, a kitchen, a large living room with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower on the lower floor and one on the upper floor. A private cellar accessible from both the outside and the inside for storing skis or bicycles/strollers. A perfect family vacation!!

The attic wood makes every room warm an cosy. There is a kitchen with openspaced livingroom, a bedroom with double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with bathtube an a little balcony.
