Located on the second floor of a three-family villa, with a separate entrance. The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

By a crackling fire in the living room or a dinner under the starry sky, you can end the day in the best possible way.

A double bedroom and two bedrooms with two fixed single beds, a kitchen, a large living room with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower on the lower floor and one on the upper floor. A private cellar accessible from both the outside and the inside for storing skis or bicycles/strollers. A perfect family vacation!!

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

"Il mulino al Fol" your home in the countryside

The falt is only a 10-minute walk from the OlimpicJumping Stadium! It is is on the second foor of a small apartment building in the quite area of Predazzo called Fol. The attic wood makes every room warm an cosy. There is a kitchen with openspaced livingroom, a bedroom with double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with bathtube an a little balcony.
