Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

Rural location in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden with forest directly behind it offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. It is located in the small village of Glienecke in the beautiful rural area of the Hohen Fläming and on the edge of the Fiener Bruch. 45min south-west of Potsdam/Berlin and 40min east of Magdeburg. Ideal for nature lovers and time seekers to relax. But also business travelers and fitters will find a cozy accommodation in our apartment.

If you love patina walls, vintage furniture and an individual style of furnishing, you will feel comfortable in this apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is bright and can accommodate up to 3 people on 70 square meters. It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a 140 cm bed in one bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom has a 90 bed. Please note: As this is an old building, the shower situation is not ideal (no shower curtain can be attached).

The accommodation has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms toilet/wa/du, lütte guest kitchen and washing machine. Smoking is not allowed in the house and pets are NOT allowed.

In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
