A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The living room is equipped with a dining area, TV, sofa and kitchen-living room. Adjacent to this is a balcony facing east (morning sun) with a side view of the Bodden. Only a short walk to the restaurant, cafe, shops, concerts, exhibitions, beach or pier.

The Deichhof Zingst, a holiday paradise on the Darss, between the Baltic Sea and Bodden. The half-timbered property with its meadows, groves and proximity to the water offers the perfect place to switch off and relax. Children especially enjoy the great freedom of movement. Just a few steps across the courtyard lead to the dike with the inland waterway behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.

This apartment is the oldest part of the listed thatched roof house (1727) and has a separate entrance. The apartment has a terrace and a parking space (Walbox with type 2 connection available). During the complete renovation in 2003, the old, fascinating building fabric such as clay walls, captain's windows, and beamed ceilings was preserved and combined with today's living standards. Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
