Less than 200 m from the fine Baltic Sea beach, our lovingly furnished 2.5-room old building apartment (62 m²) is located in the typical bathroom style – in the middle of the charming village of Koserow on Usedom. An ideal retreat for families who want to enjoy peace, nature and sea air. The apartment offers optimal space for 4 persons; in addition, a children's travel cot can be provided. The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – especially in summer a highlight.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Unser Bungalow liegt mitten im Grünen, ca. 15 min. vom Ostseestrand entfernt. Genießen Sie ausgedehnte Spaziergänge durch den Kiefernwald oder entdecken Sie die charmante Seebrücke und die Promenade von Zinnowitz.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet 5 minutes walk in the center and on the beach! Private parking right outside your door! There is a Sauna in the house. I respond to booking requests immediately.

In the lower area is the living area with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a terrace. There is a parking space available. FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The apartment is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance and two gardens with beautiful seating areas. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or for working in any season. A perfect starting point for hikes and bike rides in the nearby area or for excursions to Usedom.
