Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Quiet old town apartment with garden and parking space

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. Bicycle workshop, pharmacy and post office in the old town.

The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². Sunny, quiet apartment 5 min to the beach and center

Best location in Zinnowitz on the Glienberg. Directly by the beech forest through which a short path leads to the beach. Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet a 5-minute walk to the center and the beach! Private parking right outside the front door! There is a sauna in the house. I will answer booking inquiries immediately.

Our private apartment has a bedroom, living room with open kitchen, balcony and internal bathroom with shower tub. In the house complex there is a swimming pool, sauna, small gym and laundry room available free of charge. A private parking space as well as bicycle parking spaces can also be used. The quiet beach is about 200 away. The tourist tax will be charged separately in advance.
