Holiday rentals with beach access in Zinnowitz

It was a very nice place and everything worked out very well. Communication with Nicole was very good. We will be happy to come back thank you for the beautiful clean and modern accommodation.

Great, modern apartment just off the promenade. Everything was as described. There was no additional cost for parking, pet, internet or the like. We are completely satisfied and would keep coming back. We recommend this apartment!

It was a super good stay we had at Mateusz's place. Lovely big apartment with lots of room for 3 adults and 2 children. Really close to a good beach, in beautiful surroundings, and also not far to walk to town. Everything worked well in the place which was wonderfully clean and Mateusz was very easy to communicate with. Would love to come again!

Exactly the escape from the big city we were hoping for. Top location, yet quiet and not too touristy. The amenities in the apartment are upscale, which has also been a reason for our booking. Interior design and aesthetics loving people will be happy here. Inquiries were answered quickly and easily. Parking is expensive (everywhere) but this is in debt to the location. We will be very happy to come back :-)

We are not in this apartment for the first time and therefore keep coming back because we find the accommodation top for our needs, because the communication with Dan works best, because it is very central, an underground parking space belongs to the apartment, because the apartment has a good standard and last but not least, because Dan leaves us the apartment even though we have a dog and he actually does not rent with dog, but we vacuum and wipe every day because we are grateful that he continues to rent to us despite the dog. Dan has a great apartment and is a great landlord. 👍We will be happy to come back next year. Dan can reserve the last days in August and early September for us. 👍❤️

We all loved Joanna's apartment. The location is perfect and getting access to parking in the basement made our stay much easier. All rooms have a view of the ocean and the sunsets from the apartment are amazing. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful vacation at Michael's and were able to relax wonderfully. Super location to the Baltic Sea and very quiet. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Michael and Yvonne were great hosts and always responsive and very helpful! We'd love to come back any time!!! Thanks for the wonderful New Year's with you!

Very nice apartment. Parking behind the house, great amenities, spacious, sparkling clean, good location. Everything is fine. Great proactive communication. Just a small note. The photos from the listing did not match the apartment. We had another, but were still very satisfied and would be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Jan's place. It's nicer than expected . We were 11 people and there was nothing lacking. Jan was very kind . Also the lady at Ankinft and departure was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended . Thanks. We will be happy to come back.

The stay was very nice. The house was really very clean and we felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the proximity to the beach. With our dog, we walked several times a day on the beach & enjoyed the fresh sea air. Iwona was also very friendly and always available. Thank you for everything and best regards 😊

Perfect apartment for a relaxing stay We had a wonderful time in this apartment! We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness – everything was absolutely spotless and well maintained. You immediately feel comfortable. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. No traffic noise, no hustle and bustle – just pure relaxation. Nevertheless, shops are easily accessible, baker in the village and discounter in the next village. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are comfortable beds, and everything has been thought of to make the stay enjoyable. Parking is right outside the property. Special praise goes to the host, who is incredibly friendly and helpful. He gives great tips for the area and makes you feel welcome. We can fully recommend this apartment!

We stayed at Aleksandra's place as a family and spent a few very nice days there. The house is with its location, right on the national park, is a good starting point for hikes in the area. Aleksandra has put together a lot of helpful tips here. The house also left nothing to be desired, very well equipped - we were happy to use the barbecue and fire bowl. Aleksandra was always available to us. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. It is just perfect and absolutely worth visiting again. Including a perfect host. Thank you very much for having us:)

We enjoyed the vacation home very much! We stayed there over an extended weekend with four adults and two small children and felt very comfortable. It was spacious, child-friendly, very clean and tastefully decorated. Our highlight was the fireplace. The beach was a 3-minute walk away. Lubmin is perfect for a short trip. There was a playground, small cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and of course the beautiful beach. We have already booked again for next year! The only thing that would make it perfect would be a small grill.

Great place to stay,lovely quiet area. Everything you needed was available in the house,everything very clean. Far from the crowds and yet Within 25 minutes ,right on the Baltic Sea. Pure relaxation. Communication 1A! We would stop here again right away. Best regards and keep it up

We had a great time in Ludwigsburg. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden. There is nothing missing in the house; whether kitchen utensils, dishes, games, blankets, toys, seat cushions - everything is available. We (or our daughter) especially loved the game room and the treehouse in the garden (even if the latter unfortunately had to be dismantled during our stay to repair the rotten posts). At this point, there is a special thank you to the caretaker Dirk, who still built the house in a playable way in the garden. The location of the house is quiet in a tranquil village with nice neighbors. The beach path leads directly to beautiful beaches and the sleeping trees (very worth seeing), the neighboring towns of Loissin and Lubmin are also very worthwhile due to the beautiful beaches. Overall, the region offers great excursion destinations, whether by car or bike. In the shed there is also a considerable selection of bicycles incl. Child seat and trailer. Perfect!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

My stay at Elke's apartment was exactly what I needed! The view of the sea from the bed, as well as from the dining room. The pleasant cozy and clear atmosphere of the apartment. I felt right at home. Thanks Elke for making everything so nice!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a lovely 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't lack anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and by car it is not far to the shopping. The Karls Erdbeerhof is only 4 minutes away, we didn't know before arrival and were there twice:D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair out of season unfortunately not yet there (which was already communicated to us before). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next Usedom visit:D

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.

There were three of us ( 1 awakening- 2 children) in the really nice and cozy apartment of Nina and Maik. It is lovingly decorated, everything is available and the bed is super comfortable!! Three people slept well there. Everything is within walking distance and we will definitely be back. It's worth it =)

We spent a few great days five minutes from the sea and also loved the proximity to shops, spa park and Co. We are very happy to recommend this accommodation.
