We have completed the renovation of our home sweet home and are launching our 'StudiogoesGreen' – a 35-square-metre apartment with a sleeping alcove, a lounge area and a dining area. A place to meet friends, unwind on the outskirts of Berlin, enjoy the greenery of nature, or simply relax and recharge.

This tasteful and large apartment on the top floor of our guest house offers plenty of space to relax, cook and relax with friends and family. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi, living room, large dining table and two bedrooms. In the living area, the sofa can be pulled out into another double bed. On the first floor there are 3 more guest rooms with a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The entire house is organically built and solar + wood heated

The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

The Kranichhof "Atelier" is one of the three beautiful apartments in a renovated and converted former farmhouse in the old village center of Wünsdorf. The "Atelier" is on the 2nd floor, has a large balcony terrace with southwest distant views over gardens, paddocks and orchards in the landscape and nature reserve. The old roof truss was incorporated into the open design of the apartment. Oak parquet, triple glazing, fireplace, open fitted kitchen. No pets!

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The train, bus and airport bus to BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.
