Clean, cozy spot in Kreuzberg—just like the photos. Quick walk to the U-Bahn, plenty of cafes and nightlife nearby, and a helpful host. Perfect home base for exploring Berlin.

We stayed here for four nights, two adults, one toddler and one baby. The apartment matches the pictures and has a good location. The size was very pleasant and sufficient. The bed is large and comfortable and you can also lie on the couch for a few nights. The Netflix access was nice but was only briefly used to entertain the little one in the morning. I loved that there were a few books in the closet and games to use. Thanks for that. Otherwise, everything worked smoothly and we were satisfied. Only the dishwasher once did not work properly and there was a defect in the fridge, was addressed directly on departure.

We know Berlin well where we often come. We liked the accommodation so much, both by the quality of the welcome, by its location, and by the setting that we will come back, as early as this summer, and that we advertise it around us.

The accommodation was located on a quiet street and was quiet. Also next to great transportation. The apartment was wonderfully cozy and spacious. We received clear instructions from the host about the stay. Highly recommended!

We didn't miss anything in our getaway with the children. We had plenty of space, were also able to stay out of the way and relax and enjoy the time. The beautiful green garden invites you to linger. The equipment of the house is more than complete. From the house we had many opportunities to do something. The neighborhood was very quiet. Claudia was quick to help us with any questions! Very cute, light-filled little house with a small garden in a cozy holiday home area. We had a lovely time there.

First, thank you to Dana and her family for their hospitality. He patiently answered our questions. The location of the house was very nice. Connected to nature, quiet and tranquil. The view was amazing. The household items were clean, tidy, and as seen in the photos. We would love to come again in the summer season. Another thing, Don't forget to eat fresh eggs when you come here:)

For the 2nd time we had booked the place and it was all wonderful again! The location to the S-Bahn with which you are quickly in the city center or at the airport and the quiet surroundings are top. There was nothing missing in the house. Glad to come back!

Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the beginning. It was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even before our arrival we had a very nice contact, and during our stay the accessibility was always given if we had any questions. Check in and out was quick and easy. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the accommodation. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime. Thank you for the great hospitality! We highly recommend this place.

Great, spacious apartment and amazing hospitality! The location is a bit far from the center of Berlin, with the ride (by public transport) taking 30-40 minutes to Mitte. Still, certainly well worth it if you don’t mind the ride!

Everything was great, the apartement is fully equiped and bed is very confortable. the terrace benefits the sun during the day. transportation is less than 10mn by walk. and the spree is at 5mn. It is a very calm neighbor very good to chill. Mirco is very accessible and friendly (living the same building). It just could be a bit hot inside during high temperature. I Totally recommand for short or midlong stays (especially great for several weeks!).

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Bert is a great host. The apartment is great. Berlin and the area of Prenzlauer Berg are amazing. If we are going to town again, we will definitely check if he is available - huge recommendation from here!
