This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. From the apartment to the first beach is 3 min. by car or 20 min. walk along the beautiful river. The store is 50m from the accommodation, and the restaurants are 2km away. The apartment is brand new on the ground floor and is comfortable to stay in. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a terrace. Parking is free.
