Sie wohnen in einer stilvoll, neu möblierten Wohnung an ruhiger Lage in einem Einfamilienhausquartier. Das Appartement (54 m2) ist in unser Einfamilienhaus integriert, hat eine separate Eingangstüre, ist parterre (ohne Treppen) gelegen und für 2 Personen eingerichtet. Parkplatz vorhanden. Je nach Verkehr ist Zug in 9 Min. und Zürich-Flughafen in 35 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Distanz zum Bahnhof beträgt nur 5 Gehminuten. Knonau liegt an der Strecke Zürich (36 Min.) - Zug (9 Min.)

The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Facilities: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sufficient dishes and pans available.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Oasis in the middle of the city

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooking the front yard. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. In sight of the studio is the train line. Trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight there are no more trains and the night is guaranteed.
