Welcome to our cozy studio with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). Enjoy the quiet location, the fully equipped kitchen and the private bathroom with shower and toilet. Coffee and tea are at your disposal free of charge. Breakfast is offered on request for an extra charge. Lucerne can be reached in 20 minutes by car or by public transport. The bus stop and a small supermarket are in the village about 15 minutes away by foot. A driving service is offered subject to availability.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The 5-room vacation home 'Chnollen-Hüsli' is located above Menzingen in the canton of Zug at 1000 m altitude. A narrow, winding tarred road (winter service secured) leads from the plain to the Chnollen + a short natural road leads to the vacation home. The cottage is built into the hillside with sunbathing lawn + outdoor chimney. Peace and solitude are guaranteed. A uniquely beautiful view awaits you. For the journey you need a car. Maximum parking for 2 cars.

The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

Modern 2.5 room duplex apartment

Modern, bright and comfortably furnished duplex apartment in a rural area. Lake Aegeri is within walking distance. Public transport connection is 100 meters away. Shopping is a 5-minute drive away. Centrally located for excursions (Sattel-Hochstuckli, Stoos, Rigi and Rothenfluh can be reached in a few minutes by car). A car is an advantage.
