Im Umkreis von 20 bis 50 Kilometer befinden sich Zürich mit seinem See, Luzern, Einsiedeln und auch Engelberg, mit dem berühmten Titlis, der in kurzer Reisezeit erreicht werden kann. Our house is located in the middle of many well-marked hiking trails. Within the radius of 12 Miles to 31 Miles is Zurich with its lake, Lucerne, Einsiedeln and also Engelberg with the famous Titlis. Can as well be reached in a short travel time.

Ideal for families with children. The cottage is located in the beautiful Ägerital near many hiking and mountain biking opportunities (Zugerberg, Wildspitz). Very nice view. Numerous excursion destinations in central Switzerland: Sattel-Hochstuckli, Mythenregion, Lucerne, Pilatus, Engelberg/Titlis, Lake Lucerne, swimming in Lake Ägeri. Zurich is close. You'll love my place because of the incomparable location, the charming, rustic interior design. New kitchen and partial renovation (2018).

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

A narrow, winding tarred road (winter service secured) leads from the plain to the Chnollen + a short natural road leads to the vacation home. The cottage is built into the hillside with sunbathing lawn + outdoor chimney. Peace and solitude are guaranteed. A uniquely beautiful view awaits you. For the journey you need a car. Maximum parking for 2 cars.

It is nestled in a stylish estate with barns and houses of a former farm. On foot you can reach the train station in 7 minutes, where you are in Zug in 10 minutes by train and in 35 minutes in Zurich and Lucerne. You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Give it a try!

Beautiful house available for the summer

This beautiful Walchwil family house is available for the months of July, August, September and occasionally for Christmas and New Year. The house is south facing in a quiet cul-de-sac with spectacular views across the Zugersee onto the mountains of Rigi and Pilatus. It is a 5 minute walk to the train and bus stops and a 10 minute drive to the pretty town of Zug. The lake front for swimming is 5 mins down the hill.
