Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Zug

We loved this stay! Everything we needed for a quiet few days with family. The unit is very clean and well-kept. The small green space in the back was a bonus for us. Thanks Herbert!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay as a family of four at Emanuel’s green house stay. A perfect stop on the way from Italy to the Netherlands. Peaceful surroundings and a beautiful view on the Pilatus Mountain.

We loved Villa Celeste. It was exactly as pictured and the location was easy to access Old Town by bus. It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood and we were glad it was away from hectic tourist areas, but close enough that it wasn’t a hassle to get there.

What a wonderful stay we had at Unterstutzberg, a charming 100 year old chalet. It was an absolute winter wonderland, with a nice layer of fresh snow having fallen shortly before we arrived. We only had a few glimpses of the stunning views because of thick fog, but that somehow added to the magic of the home. We're already planning to return someday in the future!

Sonja and Marcel‘s place is from your Swiss dreams. The cosiest Airbnb we have ever been to. Our stay was blessed with great weather and 0 tourists so we had the best one week of our lives. Moreover, Sonja and Marcel have designed a beautiful Airbnb with plenty of space both in and outside. Perfect for a family with pets. The drive to the place is fun as well. Highly recommended. We would surely come back if we can

This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

An absolute gem! We stayed for two nights with my wife, and we absolutely loved it! From the attention to detail to the professionalism and kindness of the host, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone without hesitation! 10/10.

We were so happy that we got to stay here. The views are like no other. I only regret not booking it for longer. It's a nice little cozy spot. They sent us videos for check-in which was extremely helpful. Navigation took us right to the place. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. And there is even parking right outside of the unit. I'd recommend that you have a car since it is high up on the hill. The location provides the best views. I would highly recommend staying here. We were here for two days which definitely was not long enough.

Rothenburg is not a city, but the distances are short with many activities within reasonably short range. We had a car, and used this as a midpoint for visiting Luzern (15 min drive), Zürich (45 min drive), Skiing Engelberg-Titlis (40 min) and Pilatus Külm (15 min). Ernst and Doris' apartment has what you need when you want to prepare meals yourself instead of eating out. There are 2 food-stores within 70 meters of the house, and also 2 pizza-takeout places and a couple of restaurants. As Switzerland is quite expensive, it's OK to not having to eat out for all meals. Especially when you are a family of four. The bathroom is quite small, so it is for one person at a time. We had seen that from the pictures, so it was expected and didn't bother us, but if four persons have to get ready at the same time, plan to make a queue-system. This is the top floor, so you have to climb two flights of stairs, for those with leg-issues. Apart from these tips, we've no complaints and can recommend it.

Very good place to stay

We had the most magical stay, it is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Central Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and our wonderful host couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. Our 3-year-old was in heaven, exploring all the amazing things the outdoor space had to offer — it was such a joy to see her so happy and free in nature. And Heidi was so kind showing her the cows, the rabbits and the chicken! The location is fantastic too — peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from lovely places like Steinen, Stoss, and the beautiful Goldau Nature Park. There’s so much to see and do in the area, all surrounded by stunning landscapes. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’ll carry these memories with us for a long time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcel & Dunja’s place. They are friendly and responsive hosts, and our apartment was well-kept, neat and tidy. We would stay there again and highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnb homes in a long time – there were two of us there for a week. Spacious space, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. Everything is available in the immediate vicinity on foot (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

Excellent accomodation and very convenient by public transport. We did not feel too far away from Lucerne. Added bonus was that Mt Pilatus was closer than we thought!

We had a fantastic stay - peaceful, friendly neighborhood with amazing views and super kind, responsive hosts. The apartment was cozy and well-equipped: comfy bed and sofa, plenty of towels, and a bathroom with a tub, which we loved. The kitchen had everything we needed - spices, oils, tea, coffee (and lots of it!), even a fondue set and toaster. There was a dedicated parking spot, and our dog was welcomed with a special bowl, which was a lovely touch. We were also greeted with a sweet welcome gift: chocolates, apples, and a small bottle of champagne - such a kind and thoughtful gesture! One of the best places we’ve ever rented.
