The house is situated 10 m away from the sea. On the balcony apartments has private hot tube for 5 people. In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.

Apartment is brand new and its located in Kožino 30 meters from the sea(by foot) on the second floor. It has stunning view that you can enjoy while you are surrounded with peace. You have market 150 meters and restaurant 100 meters from apartment. The place is near Zadar (6 min drive, or cca 6km) so you can be there quickly. Its a perfect place for vacation!
