In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the bigger highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming rooftop terrace that you won't tire of enjoying. Our newly renovated 60 m² apartment with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower and spacious dining room/kitchen is available as accommodation from 1.6.2025. The magnificent beach of the Zwenkauer See is just 300 metres away and the unique Zwenkauer Auwald begins in principle right on the doorstep.

There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

With its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor area, the Elster Park is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-person kayak.
