Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

The view from the private balcony over Zwickau extends to the Ore Mountains on some days. Right at the house begins a forest with many walking paths. I rent here my small studio apartment in my own three-family house. The house is located in an area with predominantly small settlement character on the outskirts of Zwickau. 10 minutes walk away is the modern sports pool and right next to it the Stadthalle. Shopping and public transport are in the immediate vicinity and the trough promenade invites you to walk.
