In the bedroom there is a fold-out sofa as a sleeping space for your child. In the cozy and newly furnished living room there is a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi is available. Separate bathroom and toilet. Bed linen is provided and kitchen towels or hand towels are changed as needed. No balcony but very large garden for children to romp and play with trampoline, swing and small soccer field. At the house there is a large parking space for your vehicle. On request, we offer a bread service.

We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Our apartment with a south-facing balcony is located close to the mountains and in winter close to the cross-country ski trail. The Lofer and Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ski resorts are also only 20-30 minutes away by car. The center of Inzell is a 15-minute walk. There are restaurants, butchers, bakers and other shopping facilities (Penny and Edeka are a 12-15 minute walk away). We are happy to recommend a few cafes/restaurants in and around Inzell, if needed.
