The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Completely refurbished 35 m2 apartment. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a beautiful old building located in the Saône dock. You will find all the essentials for a pleasant stay, whether professional or for the pleasure. Oak parquet floor, fireplace, ceiling height, we kept the charm of the old!
