The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Make yourself at home in our comfortable, quiet, design and elegant 75 sqm apartment in the hills of Lyon. Large terrace with the most beautiful view on Lyon, the Saône and Fourvière (15 min by foot and 10 min by bus). Less than 15 min to old Lyon town. Work from home with our office and high speed broadband (optic fiber). In the evening, turn on the high-resolution screen for a nice popcorn movie night (Netflix, Amazon Prime), or browse the books in the library. Secured parking available.

After walking through Rue Saint Georges, and climbing more than 150 steps, you will stay quietly, in the heart of a garden. Restaurants and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Our beautiful independent studio of 25m2, with 180° views of the city, allows you to spend a comfortable stay with its fitted kitchen and its old cast iron bathtub. ⚠️ lots of stairs and no wifi

Cozy nest perched / old town / view of Lyon

The countryside in the city. Just a 10-minute walk from the Town Hall, perched on the heights of Old Lyon, our house is a green gem in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available free of charge. But be careful, the most direct access to the city is only via the stairs in St Paul (see photo).

It is located on the top floor -with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Hôtel de Ville de Lyon, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3) , and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.
