Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

We offer you a quiet place for two. The apartment has a separate entrance. It is very comfortably furnished and has a small kitchenette with cooking facilities. Towels included Arrival 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm We are in a very good location. It is 15 km to Lake Constance. The Schwackenreuter lake district with 10 lakes is right next to us. Thus pure nature is great to enjoy by bike or on foot. There are plenty of hiking trails.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Quiet apartment in Hegau

The newly furnished apartment is located in a cul-de-sac on the 2nd floor of a 6 apartment building. Easily accessible by elevator. The property includes a garage and a free parking space. Parking for bicycles is available. The shower is at ground level. On the sunny southwest balcony you can enjoy the sun almost all day. In the village, there are several shops, bakery, butcher and pizzeria are easily accessible on foot.

Vacation home in the countryside

In this spacious, light and nature-loving accommodation, you can relax alone, as a couple or as a family feel comfortable and relax. The small kitchen is simple but practical and functionally furnished (without dishwasher). The bathroom has a large sink, shower and toilet . Washing machine use is possible by arrangement. Attention: the open wooden staircase is dangerous for toddlers!

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
